- How to apply
Apply through a Brunei embassy. GSA quotes a visa fee of USD 20 and says approval takes 1 to 3 months, because applications are forwarded to the authorities in Brunei. Documents: application form, passport copy, 2 passport photos, return flight booking, hotel booking and bank statement. Incomplete applications are not processed.

Brunei has no mission in South Africa. GSA names the Embassy of Brunei Darussalam in Cairo, Egypt (23A Mohamed Mazhar Street, Zamalek, Cairo; tel +20 2 273 66651) as the embassy covering South Africa.
