Togo: do South Africans need a visa?
South Africans don't need a visa for Togo. You can stay up to 30 days per visit.
Visa-free for South Africans, with a mandatory online immigration form. Togo's official travel portal says all African nationals with a valid passport can enter without a visa for up to 30 days, as long as they complete the immigration form (bordereau d'immigration) no later than 24 hours before arrival.13

How to apply
No visa for stays up to 30 days. Complete the immigration form online at voyage.gouv.tg at least 24 hours before arrival (UK advice says the form is also needed before departure). For stays over 30 days, apply for an e-visa on the same portal at least 5 days before arrival. Visa on arrival and express visas are suspended. Wikipedia gives e-visa fees of XOF 25,000 (15 days), XOF 45,000 (30 days) and XOF 65,000 (90 days); not confirmed on the portal.143

Vaccinations, including yellow fever on return to South Africa
TOGO: A yellow fever certificate is required to enter, whatever country you arrive from (UK advice). SOUTH AFRICA: Togo is on South Africa's yellow fever risk list. Everyone over 1 year old, South Africans included, returning to South Africa from Togo, or after an airport transit of more than 12 hours there, must show a valid yellow fever certificate on arrival in South Africa. Get vaccinated at least 10 days before travel; the certificate is valid for life.24
