Guinea: do South Africans need a visa?
South Africans need to apply online for an e-visa before travel to Guinea. You can stay up to 90 days per visit.
E-visa needed. Guinea's Border Police (PAF) says every foreign national needs a visa unless from a visa waiver country. South Africa's waiver with Guinea covers diplomatic and service passports only, so ordinary passport holders apply online. You receive an Entry Visa Letter, then collect the visa at the visa on arrival counter.13

Vaccinations, including yellow fever on return to South Africa
Guinea's own yellow fever rule was not checked in this pass. SOUTH AFRICA: Guinea is on South Africa's yellow fever risk list. Everyone over 1 year old, South Africans included, returning to South Africa from Guinea, or after an airport transit of more than 12 hours there, must show a valid yellow fever certificate on arrival in South Africa. Get vaccinated at least 10 days before travel; the certificate is valid for life.2
